On Site Visits

In the unlikely event that we can’t fix your system remotely we will arrange for one of our engineers to attend your site at your convenience. With our Standard and Platinum packages, all on-site and travelling costs are included no matter how often we need to come out. With our Basic package, on site visits are charged at a reduced rate of £20 / hour.

Proactive Maintenance

Our staff run regular system health checks on your computers to ensure they are always in tip-top condition. We’ll defragment the disk, check it for errors, remove temporary files and give your computer a general spring clean. This will help to ensure your computers continue to run as good as new.

24 Hour Support

We know small business owners work some very long hours, and you don't just need help between 9-5.  We will provide unlimited telephone support round the clock so you can pick our brains when it suits you, rather than within the normal operating hours.

Courtesy Laptop

If your PC or laptop ever breaks, or becomes unusable for a period due to viruses or malware we will lend you an internet-ready laptop with Office preinstalled for you to use for up to 2 weeks, until your original machine is repaired, or you buy a new laptop.
